New custom Figma project. Using some of my old and broken figures I am going to embark on a journey to make some awesome custom Figmas.
Possibly making a custom Figma's from some old and broken figures.
Have done some shoddy photo editing to alter certain parts, and also told you roughly the colour scheme.
Please comment and tell me what you think, want to know if its worth sacrificing some of my figures for.

I'll approve of Signum Saber turning into a custom as it looks visually appealing. It would make me sad to see those two perish as they were great figures but if thats what you want then it would end up being a nice custom :).
The second one, not so much. Second one looks freaky lol. In the end its all up to you :D.
Hmm I vote for the second one. Looks much better. Maybe for the hair if you give a longer sculpt might be better ^^
I'd vote for Saber in Signum's outfit (and possibly Miku's sleeve?), she looks good.
Broken figures... ouch, just plain ouch...

Why limit yourself to broken figures? Depending on the figures I'll buy 2 or even up to 6 of one figure for express purpose of swapping out parts. If they have a nice body or accessories, it's worth it to get at least an extra.
I have changed the skirt part for the second one too to Signum's outer skirt and will shorten it, think that looks much better, have also designed an awesome costume for my Miku to have instead.
Yeah Saber was very broken, being one of my oldest figures her skirt is broken in several parts and her hand pegs broke, :( Signum her pony-tail broke and the glue to reattach it discoloured her head!
Miku was fine with just pain issues and other parts come from cheerleader mikuru who I bought just for the head to use with Tsuruya maid and Mikuru waitress.
It's sad to see them go, but I was just going to chuck them away...
And lol wish I could buy two of each figure for that purpose, but alas I am not that rich..
I vote for the second one,saber looks so weird in the first picture(just personal pinion).
Hahah, seems everyone, or (at least two of us) has been frakensteining a bunch of figmas, though I kinda feel sad your Signum broke, one of my fave yet not owned MLN figs.
